T is for Totally Finished
from Amanda Sichter
And, at last, we come to the end. The last page of feedback is below and then I'm at Z and these little tired fingers can go off and start typing up some fic again. But it's been wonderful finally catching up like this - and I hope you've all enjoyed (and have now forgiven me for being so frightfully lax with feedback).
Tangerine: Loved "i live" - a lovely use of words and phrasing to create a particularly sombre mood and drag us into Angel's affections. As for Feathers - just marvellous and scary and wonderful, *wonderful* Bobby & Hank.
Thistle: Mine. I can see why this was a CFAN feature. Amazing story - I don't know much about the Endless, but it simply didn't matter for this.
Trumpetlee (better known as
Lee Tybird): I've been thoroughly enjoying the one-liners!
If I can rustle up one of my old e-mails I'll even send you some new ones
and see what you do with the likes of "Beer. Helping ugly people have sex
since 1869."
Turlock - God of Insanity: Normal Day - nifty little piece that I thoroughly enjoyed and a great last line.
Twilight: Troubled Sleep - very, very short but very, very sweet.
Whitewolf: Onslaught 2: The Return of Insanity was wonderfully funny (and Xavier is frighteningly credible as Dr Evil). As for My Stolen City - oh, yes, this is the Catwoman I love. A lovely little piece and just such perfect Selena.
Yasmin M: I'm sure I've already told you how much I love Once Upon An Avalon - but if I haven't - more please! Knights, medieval romance and the X-Men. Great combination. And Through The Mirror Clear was a wonderful response to Jaya's challenge (and probably all too much what it would be like to be a telepath - I turn into a raving loony if I can hear my next-door neighbour's radio - if I had to have their voices in my head - waaah! mayhem).
Zanne: The very last of all, but certainly not the last. Family, The Ties That Bind & Gag is a wonderful, comic little tale. I hope you get some more inspiration for it someday (and thank you for proving that Stryfe is the sanest of the Summers - it's very sad, but it's true).
So that's it, ladies and gentlemen. Once again, I'll go back the odd sporadic moment of feedback and long periods of not keeping up with posts. There are many more stories I liked, but a lot are listed under my otl-digest posts and I can't find names and authors easily, for which I apologise.
Now I'm off to catch up on some of that much-needed sleep, spend a far too hectic day at work, and then hopefully start catching up on some fic-writing.
